Re-envisioning the Old Conference Room
We’ve done a great job at Trinity optimizing the campus for useable space that matches our ministry goals. The “dark” side of that is we have very limited storage space! Property committee workgroup is currently dividing the old conference room into 2 storage rooms. The front room, adjacent to the kitchen, will be used by Common Ground to house the existing freezers, non-perishable items, and provide a workspace/staging area. The back room will create dedicated storage for Trinity purposes, including cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies, and materials needed for regular Sunday services. Work will continue through January.
Property Committee invites you to join us on Saturday November 22nd from 9:00 AM to Noon to make our church clean and ready for the holiday season. We'll be doing a number of tasks inside and outside -- including dusting, cleaning lighting sconces, polishing brass railings, fall cleanup in the courtyard etc. No matter your talent, your time will be appreciated. Pizza lunch to be provided to all volunteers. Please reach out to Eric Rosenbaum or Steve Hofmann with any specific questions.
Christmas Eve Orchestra Sign-up!
Calling young and old!! The Trinity Family Orchestra will be performing at the
5:00 p.m. Christmas Service again this year. If you haven’t played your instrument
for some time, pull it out of the closet and join us. OR if you are a brand new
instrumentalist and just started taking lessons this year, we will make a part for you
and include you too!
We will rehearse in the Bard House on the Sundays of Advent 2, 3 and 4 at 9:00 AM. Then we play first in the 5:00 PM service on Christmas Eve.
So, our first rehearsal will be on Sunday, 12/7.
Please let Dave Himes know if you would like to play this year and your instrument and your ability level.
