2025 ELCA Churchwide Assembly
July 28 - August 2
From July 28 to August 2nd, the ELCA will be meeting for its triennial Churchwide Assembly. This year's assembly will be especially important, as the Voting Members will be electing a new Presiding Bishop and Secretary (both incumbents are retiring). Additionally, the church will be considering some constitutional changes coming from the Commission for a Renewed Lutheran Church. Click on the logo to follow all the developments.
Please hold all the Voting Members in your prayers. Pr. Fred Opalinski will be attending the assembly as an observer and will share his thoughts with Trinity during a Sunday Forum in the fall.
Trinity Day at Knoebels!
Sunday, August 10
After worship, we will carpool up to Knoebels Amusement Resort to enjoy America’s favorite free amusement park. There is no admission and parking is free! You can get discounted ticket books ahead of time at any Weis store (15% discount) or wait until you arrive that day
